TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS - Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 7 days.
DEPOSITS - A non
refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit confirmation will be given in writing and or
email.
BALANCE PAYMENT - we must receive payment 2 weeks prior to the party date.
CANCELLATIONS -
Under exceptional circumstances should you need to cancel your booking,
we are happy to transfer your deposit to an alternative date within 3 months
of the original booking,
so long as we are notified in writing at least 21 days before the party date.
If 21 days notice is not given, a cancellation fee may be charged.
ALLERGIES - Please
notify our staff prior to the party if any guests that will be attending have
allergies to cosmetic and hair products.
Stage Star Party’s accepts no responsibility for failure to notify us
of any such allergies.
TRAVEL - We will
endeavour to arrive at your party venue on time.
We accept no responsibility for circumstances beyond our control
e.g. adverse weather conditions, unexpected traffic delays or accidents.
TRAVEL CHARGES – Reasonable travel costs will be charged on any parties that are located out side of the M25.
INCREASE IN NUMBERS ATTENDING - Should you upgrade your party package
to include more guests,
please contact us at least 48hrs prior to the party. If we feel it necessary
we may need to increase the time accordingly.
Subject to availability.
ADULT ATTENDANCE
- We do require at least one adult to be present for the duration of the party.
The liability for the safety of all guests lies with the responsible person
who must be over 18 years of age.
GENERAL - In an
exceptional circumstance, should we feel that a guest(s) is behaving in an
unacceptable manner,
we reserve the right to ask the responsible adult to exclude the guest(s)
from the party
PRICES - All prices
stated are valid up to 30/03/08.
A price increase will take effect as from 1st April 2008 on all parties booked
from 1/04/08.
OUTSIDE VENUES
– Stage Star Party’s reserve the right to assess the weather and
ground conditions on arrival.
If we feel the conditions are not suitable e.g. Ground is too wet from previous
rainfall, an indoor venue must
be provided. Stage Star Party’s will make every effort possible
to accommodate and adapt to such situations.
TRAMPOLINES/BOUNCY
CASTLES - It is strongly recommended that access to trampolines/bouncy
castles etc
is restricted to either before or after our entertainment
Stage Star Party’s reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any party without prior notice.
